Smoke & Aroma
One of the biggest aspects of the restaurant's redesign was introduction of an open grill. That lead to the main inspiration for the interior and identity - smoke from the grill and aroma going through the restaurant and forming dynamic shapes of animals and sea creatures they serve on the grill. One line logo and interior navigation style reflects the smoke idea cohesively.
Smokey theme and elegance translated into a gentle and light web experience
Sometimes a little shock and difference in perception is good
For restroom decor the architect wanted to create difference in emotions of men and women when they come back from the restroom. Women's restroom was decorated in a calming and bougie style, burgundy color and custom wallpaper with smokey illustrations of birds and deers we drew. For men's restroom they wanted to create something provocative and unexpected. We decorated men's restroom in blue tones, images of sea creatures and a big slightly erotic artwork showcasing two people with animal heads making out.
